  • Yes, You can cancel your plan any time with at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. There are no long term contracts

  • We’ll always try to reschedule missed appointments within the same month. If that’s not possible we can roll it over to the next month.

  • Subscribers receive priority booking via WhatsApp, Email or phone call. You can choose your preferred date, time and location. You can also set a recurring slot.

  • Yes, up to one service can be rolled over to the next month if unused. After that, they expire to keep our schedule fair and efficient.

  • Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time. Charges will take effect from the start of your next payment cycle.

  • Not always. For trusted clients or repeat customers, we can clean your vehicle while you are away (with advanced approval and access). Key hand off and return can be arranged securely

  • Let us know, We will pause your plan or arrange a pre-holiday valet. You won’t lose your slot.

  • Payments are taken securely through Square, invoice or cash.
